Terms & Conditions

Nourish & Nurture Midwifery

By booking or attending our classes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Nourish & Nurture Midwifery provides childbirth education classes facilitated by a Registered Midwife. Services are educational in nature and do not replace medical care.

2. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received

• Your booking includes all sessions listed for the course

3. Course Structure

Courses are delivered over two sessions (4 hours each) unless otherwise stated. Attendance at all sessions is recommended for the full educational experience.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the course start date may be eligible for a refund or transfer (at our discretion)

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the course start date will be charged 50% of the fee.

• Missed sessions are non-refundable

• Transfers to another participant may be permitted with prior approval

5. Changes to Schedule

We reserve the right to:

• Change session dates, times, or locations if required

• Cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances

Participants will be notified as soon as possible.

6. Attendance & Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time

• Participate respectfully

• Follow venue guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse attendance if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation in classes is voluntary. Nourish & Nurture Midwifery is not liable for:

• Individual birth outcomes

• Medical decisions made by participants

• Actions taken based on class information

Our classes:

• Do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment

• Do not replace personalised care from your midwife, obstetrician, or healthcare provider
